Shipping & Returns

DELIVERY
We will usually dispatch goods within 24 hours subject to stock availability and payment clearance. Delivery will be sent by Royal Mail First Class (1-2 business days for smaller packets), Tracked Courier post (3 business days for larger parcels) or Royal Mail Airmail (4-6 business days). Please notify us of any delays within 7-10 days of these timescales.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

If an order needs to be cancelled please contact us at sales@coffeeroyale.co.uk immediately. If we are unable to fulfill an order we will contact you with an alternative or you may request to cancel the order. Orders not received by any customer must be notified to Coffeeroyale within 14 days of the customer placing the order. You may cancel your order within 7 days from the day after you receive the goods by notifying us by email or in writing. Coffeeroyale will not refund the cost of transport and the customer bears the cost of transport back to Coffeeroyale. This returns policy does not affect you, the consumer's legal rights.

COMPLAINTS

Faulty goods - if there is a problem with the goods, please contact us immediately on sales@coffeeroyale.co.uk or telephone 07917 796776. We will deal with the matter in accordance with your legal rights. Any complaint should be sent to sales@coffeeroyale.co.uk. We endeavour to answer complaints within 48 hours. All complaints are treated in strict confidence.
